Stardate 2346 the morning of the Khitomer massacre. Everything was calm in the colony. Ja’rethh was a mighty warrior, he was among the first to go to Sto-Vo-Kor. The Romulan vermin came quietly and attacked from space, the COWARDS!!!
The spirit gum stung on his forehead a little, George grimaced. This is one of his favorite pastimes. He looked in the mirror and saw his forehead shining with adhesive as he slowly pulled on his Klingon forehead.

The original series only ran for three seasons, but they were three seasons that not only helped mold the life of Dr. George Pimental, but our current culture
When the first photon blasts from the VERMINOUSE COWARDS while we ate our breakfast. The sound of screaming women echoed in the compound. I saw my beloved incinerated without his batleth to protect him. Not that it would have done him any good against them they fought as animals. The cries of “HIQaH! QaH!” were deafening. My thirst for blood filled our hearts that day!
As he pulled on his tunic over his Prosthetic forehead George was beginning to fade, being replaced by his Klingon alter ego. His mind began to jump back remembering his youth and his love for all things science fiction and fantasy.
Until the late 1970’s culture was void of all things Star Trek. George kept himself busy with other scifi/fantasy cultural innovations. Dungeons and Dragons was an all-time favorite of Georges. He busied himself with comic books as well as with the sci/fi flops of the 1970’s.
At the begining of the 80’s the first Star Trek movie was released and thus began the beginning of the modern Treksperience. In 1983 George joined the army. Even with all the training George kept his zealous love for all things Trek. His military service can surely be linked to his alter ego, A Klingon warior.
The Klingons originally portrayed as fu-man-chu style villians symbolizing surely the Bay of Pigs era communist threat. As time passed the communist threat diminished the Klingons took on a different role. They became not just a stereotypical villain but began to develop their own culture. They were now much less a McCarthy style threat but more of a samurai. Living and dying by their very own specific code of honor. With the demise of the U.S.S.R. t he Klingons became allies (although reluctantly).
On the code of honor George himself has written a paper on the connectioons between the Klingon code and the medieval code of chivalry titled: Comparison of the idea of Chivalry and the concept of Honor in Klingon society In this paper he quotes a Klingon ballad.
balth potlh law’ yIn potlh puS :Honor is more important than life. quv Hutlh HoHbogh tlhIngan ‘ach qabDaj ‘angbe’bogh :The Klingon who kills without showing his face has no honor. batlh qelDI’ tlhIngan lumbe’ :A Klingon does not postpone a matter of honor. batlh Heghlu’chugh noDnISbe’ vay’ ::An honorable death requires no vengeance. pujwI’ HIvlu’chugh quvbe’lu’: There is no honor in attacking the weak. Qu’ buSHa’chugh SuvwI’, batlhHa’ vangchugh, qoj matlhHa’chugh, pagh ghaH SuvwI”e’: If a warrior ignores duty, acts dishonorably, or is disloyal, he is nothing. vangDI’ thlIngan SuvwI’ ngoy’ qorDu’Daj; vangDI’ qorDu’Daj ngoy’ thlIngan SuvwI’ :The family of a Klingon warrior is responsible for his actions, and he is responsible for theirs
An infant was found amid the wreckage of the colony. My wife says he a warrior at heart. He will not allow her to coddle him as we humans like to do… He is truly a warrior at heart.
George pulled on his boots that he calls his “Klingon Boots”. He smiled as their smooth polished leather shined in the fluorescent lights of his “ready room”. He had a whole room fitted to resemble Captain Jean Luc Picard’s “ready room”. A constant set piece for The Next Generation series.
“Star Trek has continually stretched the bounds culturally.” George says. When star trek premiered in 1968, cultural tensions were stretched, with the Vietnam War. It was a tense time in the United States and Star Trek kept the tensions continually stirred. This is One of Georges favorite things about the shows. “The original series aired the first interracial kiss. On Primetime television!” The separate television series each had its own different Stretch of the societal norms.
The Original Series pushed all the racial tension hot button issues, the Animated adventures continued this in the early 70’s. The later shows continued with subjects as varied as female leadership with Captain Janeway, on Voyager played by Kate Mulgrew. To the subjects of the atrocities of war on Deep Space 9. “The entire Star Trek franchise has had its finger on the pulse of the nation.” George said.
Not only does the Star Trek franchise have its finger on the pulse of the nation, it has its finger on Georges life and his marriage. In 2006 George renewed his wedding Vows to his wife Crickett aboard the Bridge of the USS Enterprise 1701 D, the bridge, of the ship on the immensely popular The Next Generation series.
The Klingon child that was found has grown into an astounding young man. He has applied and been accepted to Starfleet academy. I don’t know wwhat his mother and I will do without our adopted son T’Kor.
George looked into the mirror. His alter ego had pretty much taken shape, he was just too pale. He opened the jar of makeup and began to spread the dark foundation. A little is all it takes to change his normal olive skin tone into the mocha skin of his Klingon alter ego. With one last look in the mirror, to make sure everything was perfect. He turned and sheathed his O’k Tahg the Klingon dagger, grabbed his Batleth the most honorable weapon. T’Kor started to walk away a grand song to Kahless rampaging in his mind he bellowed “IT IS A GOOD DAY TO DIE!”
